📋 Reservation Policies

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes. Your table is guaranteed only upon email confirmation.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a €15 per person fee.
Late Arrivals
We hold your table for 15 minutes. For delays, please call us. After 15 minutes, tables may be reassigned.
Large Parties
Groups of 7+ require a £25 pp deposit, redeemable against your bill. Please call +39 055 123 4567 directly.
Dress Code
Smart casual. We politely request no sportswear or beachwear. Elegance adds to the experience.
